If I had to believe your record of things

Why should I believe you?
Why should I trust anything you say now?
What lie havent you told?
What truth havent you untold?
Unforseen events keep to unfold,
But because I dont believe you; what others call unforeseen are just unscaffoling patterns of stories already told.

If I had to believe your record of things,
I would have to believe that Jesus is white,
that white is kind and black is blind.

If I had to believe your record of things,
I would have to believe that Africans were never smart,
I would have to believe that we are just monkeys with no thought.

If I had to believe your record of things,
I would have to believe that slavery was just,
and stealing land and killing is how people make success and adjust.

If I had to believe your record of things,
I would have to believe that colonialism was necessary,
that a race of whites at some point did have better brains than mine.

If I had to believe your record of things,
I would have to believe that Shaka was a murderer,
his people killed for no reason.

If I had to believe your record of things,
I would have to believe that Nelson Mandela was a terrorist,
that 27 years of improsonment was what he deserved.

If I had to believe your record of things,
I would have to believe that ANC and the rest were terrorist groups,
that they had no reason to rebel.

If I had to believe your record of things,
I would have to believe that fidel castro was no freedom fighter,
but a leftiest gorilla that helped terrorists.

If I had to believe your record of things,
I would have to believe that Mugabe just became a dictator,
and that England doesnt have a queen who plays the same role.

If I had to believe your record of things,
I would have to believe that that Steve Biko deserved what he got,
that Africans are animals with just force.


If I had to believe your record of things,
I would have to believe that capitalism is the best option,
that people who die, prostitute, steal, kill for money are just errors in the capitalistic system.

If I had to believe your record of things,
I would have to believe that Malema is a terrorist,
that black people should not concern themselves with economic freedom.

If I had to believe your record of things,
I would have to believe that the is no double standard that exists now among races,
and that just because whites own wealth that controls the  world we should not worry.
Afterall history has taught us that 'you look after my best interests'.

If I had to believe your record of things,
I will have to believe that before you were here I was worse off being free, when you were here I was better off being a slave/colonised/impoverished and when you leave here I will be worse off and my kids will die of poverty, sickness, dumbness because generally according to you.
I am still just an animal of the lowest order, the only animal on earth that cannot take care of themselves.
